Ultimate Top Coat has a 15 minute working time and dries in 8-9 hours. Ready for use in only 24 hours! Top Coat is great for refinishing furniture, bar tops, table tops, plaques, ceramics, and more. 2:1 ratio by volume. Add water to thin as desired, but do not exceed 1/2 ounce of water per kit.
