Stoner E455 Thermoset Mould Release is specially formulated as release agent and anti-stick lubricant for compression moulded reinforced thermosets especially BMC/SMC. It allows moulded thermoset parts to be painted, plated, hot stamped, adhesive bonded, labeled, or otherwise decorated. Contains no silicones or oils.
Eliminates the need for paste or block wax releases. E455 provides a long lasting anti-stick film for fast, easy part removal from moulds and multiple part releases per application. Improves moulding efficiency in many processes including injection, compression, vacuum form, and pour cast moulding with the benefits of a hi temp wax system with the convenience of an aerosol.
