Hyper Speed PLA
A versatile and user-friendly material
Hyper Speed PLA filament is created for high-speed printing. With optimized molecular weight and tuned flowability, Raise3D Hyper Speed PLA is capable of printing at the speed of up to 300 mm/s thanks to its faster melting and much quicker cooling. As a result, it delivers excellent surface quality and detailed model structures. The mechanical properties of Hyper Speed PLA outperform regular PLA under high-speed printing, significantly improving the interlayer bonding quality and impact resistance. Its outstanding printability allows easy printing of large-sized models with high dimensional accuracy at high speeds. Hyper Speed PLA is made from renewable resources and comes in different colours.

Recommended Print Settings
- Nozzle temperature (°C) : 200-230℃
- Build platform temperature (°C): 45-60℃
- Layer height (mm): 0.1-0.2mm
- Printing speed (mm/s): 60-300 mm/s
- Cooling Fan: On
- Drying temperature (°C): 40℃
Printing Notes:
- For printing models or parts with simple structures, it is recommended to use Hyper Speed PLA itself as a removable support material to save material costs.
- For printing complex models or parts with partially enclosed cavities, it is recommended to use Premium PVA+ as a support material to reduce the difficulty of post-processing.
