Hyper Speed ABS V2 Filament

Hyper Speed ABS filament is engineered for the Hyper FFF® solution in the Hyper Speed filament line. Regular ABS filaments often struggle with high-speed printing as they are fed rapidly into the heat block, leaving insufficient time for the polymer to fully melt. This can lead to nozzle clogs and weak interlayer bonding. Additionally, without a heated chamber, regular ABS may warp or delaminate during high-speed printing. Hyper Speed ABS overcomes these challenges, ensuring reliable and efficient performance.

With optimised molecular weight and stiffness, Hyper Speed ABS filament supports printing speeds of up to 300 mm/s due to its fast melting and uniform cooling. This reduces temperature gradients and internal stress in printed parts. Offering superior heat resistance, minimal warping, and enhanced interlayer bonding, Hyper Speed ABS is ideal for functional prototyping, tools, and fittings. It also supports versatile post-processing methods, including polishing and acetone vapor smoothing.
