The Hyper Core filament line represents a new generation of professional and industrial fiber-reinforced composite filaments designed for Hyper FFF®. However, high-speed printing with fiber-reinforced filaments poses challenges, including reduced flowability, weaker interlayer bonding, and accelerated nozzle wear.

To address these challenges, Raise3D developed advanced extrusion technology for the Hyper Core family, creating filaments with a fiber-rich inner core and polymer-coated outer skin. During high-speed FFF printing, the thick polymer skin of Hyper Core PPA GF25 enhances layer and line bonding through improved polymer healing and welding. Optimised for a fast melt rate, Hyper Core PPA GF25 offers an ideal balance of print efficiency, quality, performance, and cost.
