Key Features

  • PolyMax PLA has 9 times higher impact resistance than normal PLA and 20% better resistance to ABS. This results in many new fields of application.
  • The patented Jam Free ™ technology drastically stabilises the heat resistance of PLA filaments. This is done using the latest biopolymer processes. As a result, the PolyMax ™ PLA filament has an extremely high softening temperature of about 140 ° C. This corresponds to about 80 ° C more than the remaining PLA filaments. This greatly reduces the likelihood of blockage in the hot end.
  • PolyMax PLA gives you at least the same strength as ABS resin, and no health risk. The PLA is also easy to print and does not produce toxic fumes when printed.
