Fine Casting Plaster
Fine Casting Plaster is Saint-Gobain Formula’s best-known plaster. An off-white plaster of Paris type material quarried and calcined completely in England. It is intended for fibrous plasterwork production, decorative cornices, ceiling roses, life-casting, and other general casting applications.
Commonly known as the plaster of Paris, all Formula branded plasters are quarried and calcined in England. If disposed of correctly it is recyclable – the waste stream is used in the manufacture of plasterboard, for instance, and as gypsum, it is one of the few materials in the world that can be recycled again with no discernible degradation to the final product.
