Why Use Epoxy Undercoat?
Epoxy Undercoat is a great adhesive which seals the whole project together. Recommended for use with Countertop Epoxy and Art Coat Epoxy. Every can of Epoxy Undercoat comes with enough paint to coat multiple kitchens. Two coats will cover up to 40 Square Feet of surface, enough for a 2 Gallon kit of Stone Coat Countertops epoxy!
Timing is Everything
Paint 2 coats of Undercoat on your surface before pouring your epoxy. Wait 3 hours between the 2 coats. Then, wait 6 hours before applying your epoxy. We also recommend sanding to smooth out any imperfections before re-coating your surface with epoxy.
Spreads Fast and Easy
Epoxy Undercoat spreads fast and easy over a wide variety of substrates. Use Epoxy Undercoat on counters, table tops, bar tops and cabinets. Great for MDF, plywood, veneer, laminate, tile, and other porous materials! Undercoat can be easily rolled onto your substrate using a regular paint brush or microfibre roller.
Safe and Non-Toxic
Epoxy Undercoat is made from small amounts of titanium dioxide, making it non-hazardous, non-toxic, and easy to wash off.
