Crestabond PP-04

Crestabond PP-04 is a new, innovative 1:1 structural adhesive within our Crestabond range. This adhesive is specifically designed for use on low surface energy substrates such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and other thermoplastic polyolefins (TPOs) that are typically difficult to bond. With excellent adhesion abilities and high strength, it replaces the need for mechanical fasteners or plastic welding, allowing for greater design flexibility.

The PP-04 adhesive has a working time of just 3-5 minutes, but a fixture time of 165-180 minutes at 23°C and 80-100 minutes at 50°C.
