Crestabond M1-60HV

Crestabond M1-60HV is a two-component acrylic adhesive designed to meet the bonding requirements of most assembly operations. This new generation of structural methacrylate adhesive offers primer-less application, requiring only minimal surface preparation of substrates to minimise the assembly process.

M1-60HV is ideal for use on large structures thanks to a working time of 50-70 minutes and a fixture time of 150-180 minutes. It has a gap-filling capability of up to 50mm, demonstrating high toughness and impact resistance in all assembled parts.

This adhesive is designed for use in a wide range of industrial applications, including those in demanding environments. It is suitable for bonding with composites, metals and thermoplastics, and has excellent peel, shear and fatigue resistance as well as compressive strength.
