Stoner E497 Thermoset Mould Release Spray
Stoner’s E497 Thermoset Carnauba-based Mould Release is a release agent and anti-stick lubricant for moulded thermoset, plastics, rubber, epoxies, phenolics, and other thermoset and thermoplastic resins. It allows moulded parts to be painted, hot stamped, or otherwise decorated. E497 does not contain silicones or oils, and eliminates the need for paste or block wax releases. It improves moulding efficiency in many processes including injection, compression, vacuum form, and pour cast moulding. Whilst providing a long lasting anti-stick film for fast, easy part removal and multiple part releases per application. E497 is used extensively in composite R&D labs.
