Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF+ is a carbon fiber-reinforced composite filament made from Polyamide 612 (PA612, Nylon 612). Combining the strengths of PA6 and PA12, it offers toughness and low water absorption. The addition of 15 wt.% short carbon fibers with optimised length distribution enhances mechanical and thermal properties, as well as the surface quality of printed parts.

Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF+ is a carbon fiber-reinforced composite filament made from Polyamide 612 (PA612, Nylon 612). Combining the strengths of PA6 and PA12, it offers toughness and low water absorption. The addition of 15 wt.% short carbon fibers with optimised length distribution enhances mechanical and thermal properties, as well as the surface quality of printed parts.

Compared to Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF, PA12 CF+ offers a higher strength-to-weight ratio, improved interlayer bonding (Z-direction strength), and greater dimensional stability. Annealing further enhances its thermal and mechanical properties, making it an excellent choice for lightweight, durable end-use applications like jigs, fixtures, and functional parts in manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace industries.
