Industrial PPA GF Filament

Raise3D Industrial PPA GF is a glass fiber-reinforced composite filament based on PPA (polyphthalamide), a high-performance, high-temperature Nylon. Compared to aliphatic polyamides (e.g., PA6), PPA offers higher melting and glass transition temperatures (Tg), reduced moisture absorption, and improved dimensional stability. The addition of short glass fibers enhances the PPA matrix, resulting in parts with superior mechanical properties, making PPA GF ideal for end-use applications in automotive, aerospace, and electrical and electronics (E&E) industries.

*Due to the higher fiber content of PPA filaments, when printing PPA CF and PPA GF, an extra wear-resistant nozzle and extrusion system are required for a consistent printing performance. The E2CF and the RMF500 are specially designed for printing high-performance fiber-reinforced composite filaments.
