Industrial PPA CF Filament

Raise3D Industrial PPA CF Filament is a carbon fiber-reinforced composite based on PPA (polyphthalamide), a high-performance, high-temperature Nylon. This filament offers superior mechanical and thermal properties compared to standard Nylon. With 15 wt.% chopped carbon fibers evenly dispersed, PPA CF features lower density, reduced moisture absorption, high strength and rigidity, excellent wear and creep resistance, and outstanding chemical and heat resistance. It’s ideal for demanding end-use applications in automotive, aerospace, and the electrical and electronics industries.

*Due to the higher fiber content of PPA filaments, when printing PPA CF and PPA GF, an extra wear-resistant nozzle and extrusion system are required for a consistent printing performance. The E2CF and the RMF500 are specially designed for printing high-performance fiber-reinforced composite filaments. As such, please use the Raise3D Industrial PPA CF filament and PPA GF filament exclusively on the E2CF and the RMF500.
