Industrial PET GF Filament
Raise3D Industrial PET GF is a glass fiber-reinforced composite filament made from PET (Polyethylene terephthalate). The well-dispersed glass fibers enhance rigidity, strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. After annealing, PET GF achieves heat resistance around 120°C, with a tensile modulus of over 4.1 GPa and tensile strength of 70 MPa. Compared to glass fiber-reinforced Nylon, it offers superior printability, dimensional stability, creep resistance, and low moisture absorption. This makes PET GF an excellent choice for strong, cost-effective end-use applications, such as jigs, fixtures, and functional parts, while offering multiple colour options.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]*Due to the higher carbon fiber content of PET filaments, when printing PET GF, an extra wear-resistant nozzle and extrusion system are required for a consistent printing performance. The E2CF and the RMF500 are specially designed for printing high-performance fiber-reinforced composite filaments.
