TinSil® Silicone Rubber is a two-component, room temperature (RTV) condensation-curing system. TinSil® 90-25 is specially formulated for high tear strength, reduced skinning, improved heat resistance to high temperatures, and longer shelf life. Its good release properties and excellent chemical resistance provide long library life. These moulds are a great choice for casting polyesters, epoxy and polyurethane resins, polyurethane foams, plaster, waxes, and many other materials. This silicone has a 10A:100B Mix Ratio, and a Hardness of A25.
This silicone comes with 3 different Catalysts:
– Regular Catalyst (BLUE) – 60 mins working time. 16 hour de-mould
– Fast Catalyst (RED) – 30 mins working time. 5 hour de-mould
– Very Fast Catalyst (GREEN) – 10 mins working time. 3 hour de-mould
